  • Experience in selling hardware & contact center solutions.
  • Market research for the potential clients and to understand the current competition in market.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
  •  Acting as a contact between a company/production dept and its existing and potential markets.
  •   Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, completing all the required documentation for on boarding client as per standards.
  •  Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
  •  Ensure weekly meeting is conducted to measure and use of best practices.
  • Managing inquiries received from SEO services, Google Ad's, Email blast.
  • Preparation and maintaining Rejection report and other MIS documents as required.
  • Attending new product demonstrations and seminars of OEM’s
